player doesn't work...

Hi there......can anybody tell me why the player doesn't work on my MAC? To use Garmin Connect with my forerunner 305 I installed the firefox-browser and everything seems to work fine now - exept the player. Just hear a "click" when hitting the play-button.....any ideas?

Kann mir jmd sagen warum der player nicht auf meinem MAC abspielt? Um meinen forerunner 305 mit garmin connect zu benutzen hab ich firefox installiert und alles geht prima. Ausser der Player. Da höre ich nur n KLACK wenn ich die playtaste drücke.....irgendwelche Ideen?

We're aware of this issue. It can temporarily be solved by just clicking on one of the drop downs on the right hand side.

Player just vanished

Windows 7 Firefox. Everything was great. For no particular reason, the player vanished. I have no idea how to fix this. Any clue?

Windows XP IE8 Garmin Connect and my player is working fine.

Might be Firefox?

Thanks for the tip with just clicking one of the drop downs on the right.
But I can't understand why nobody fixed this problem after 3 years?
Garmin should improve the quality, it should be easy to fix this.
I' ve the problem on Win7 64bit with IE and Firefox 10.
