missing elevation/heart rate profiles/graphs

I can no longer see any profiles for elevation or heart rate or cadence. There is only a text summary with (using elevation as an example) gain, loss, min and max.

This applies to all the routes I have uploaded - both existing ones that I previously was able to see the graphs for and new ones I just uploaded...

The maps are still functioning OK so I am pretty sure there is no problem with the .tcx files themselves.

Anybody else seeing this?

I am using Firefox on Linux, which has always worked before.

Can you post some links to activities that show the issue?

  • everything seems to be working when I checked it from my work computer today (Windows XP and Firefox)

    http://connect.garmin.com/activity/12399533

So either it was a temporary glitch or something has happened to cause problems with Firefox in Linux (Ubuntu 9.04).

I'll check again tonite to see if it is working on my laptop where I had the initial problem.

As a clue, the initial elevation display is only the text summary - and a progress box which says Loading... until the graph appears.
Last nite, I just never got the Loading progress box - it seemed to stall there.

    thanks,

If you haven't cleared your browser cache since the latest release of Garmin Connect, you might try doing that, too, if you continue to see issues.

  • Disregard the post below: problem is with my system configuration, though I haven't figured out what, yet...

Bumping this topic, as I'm experiencing the same issue on my Mac; seems to have occurred after I upgraded to 10.6, though I'm not sure. Any solutions to this problem?

I am having the same issues for a few months, I think it started when I upgraded my Mac to Snowleopard.
    I still haven't found a sollution.
Any of you have found a sollution because I think it is very sad not to have the graphs anymore.
