An error occurred with your upload (.fit file)

I normally sync Zwift activities directly to Garmin Connect, and for some reason a ride I did today didn't show up in my activities. So I tried manually downloading it and uploading it to Garmin Connect Web, but I'm getting the error "An error occurred with your upload. Please try again." Not very helpful... Strava is showing this activity. I tried using https://www.fitfiletools.com/ to repair corrupt time stamps, but I don't know if that's actually the problem with this file.

How can I fix whatever is wrong with this file?

OK, pretty sure it's a corrupt timestamp, given that https://www.fitfileviewer.com says that record 1953 has a corrupt timestamp. I still don't know how to fix it though!

Oh, awesome, yeah! That's great. That tool is Windows-only, right? Hmmm. I'm on macOS, but I could set up a VM.

Yes, Windows only. You'll need Microsoft Access installed, such as from the Microsoft 365 suite, or the runtime (free) version. To get the full benefits of repairing files with the ability to export a repaired file, you'll need to pay the developer for a license.
