currupt .fix activity

I have today recorded a good trail run training, but the fenix 8 crashed when saving the activity. Now the .fit file seems to be corrupt, it did non synchronize. Can you help, please?

If you haven't already, try a manual upload from your Garmin device to Garmin Connect Web - How Do I Manually Upload an Activity I Recorded to Garmin Connect?

If you get any message other than Import Complete, then there is a problem with the file. Attach it to this thread. We can take a look to see if it is repairable.

Zip the file, then in a reply post Insert >> Image/video/file >> click Upload >> browse for file >> OK.
Or upload the fit file to a reputable file sharing service, such as OneDrive, Google Drive, Dropbox, make the file public, then paste a link to the file in your post.

It's the same issue as everyone else is having right now with a phantom running session.

Fixed using Fit File Repair Tool

This will work - 2024-12-11-07-25-18-fixed.fit

Because your original corrupted file was only partially uploaded, you will likely get the error "This file has already been uploaded." Follow the steps here regarding how to remove the original file and upload the fixed file to Garmin Connect - Help Fixing a Corrupt .FIT File
