Is it possible to develop the possibility to share a custom workout made in garmin with ones connection in garmin?

There is not a built-in way to do this from Garmin Connect web. However, a few potential workarounds:

Use the chrome extension Share your Garmin Connect workout
Use the mobile app Garmin Clipboard Team App
Share the workout FIT file that you find on the watch in the folder \GARMIN/Workouts

Meanwhile, I recommend suggesting it to Garmin at Share Ideas | Garmin
