Hello, 

I  completed 11 workouts in a Garmin Coach training plan but I didn't get yet Runner Graduate badge. 

Can you check and try explain what is wrong? I give you my permission to view my account data while investigating this issue through yours Administrative Tools.

    Can confirm that the new Run Coach is not working for that badge in my case, too. I assume that you have to choose Coach Jeff, Amy, or Greg for the workouts to count. Which is quite a pity as the Garmin Run Coach is the only one that allows the option to just improve fitness in general without a specific time or distance goal...

    I suggest you report that to Garmin Support so they can verify it and make the needed adjustments: https://support.garmin.com

    You already suggested it to me. I already contacted them and they did not give a damn to solve anything. The best I've got it was written in polish (I can't speak that language but I tried to translate it with online tools), but seems like they were not able to understand this issue so I lost in this battle. So at least in my case it was not helpful at all.

    If they didn't understand the issue then they probably didn't escalate it to the correct team. Hope that someone else is more lucky. 

    If you really want to have the badge you can kind of "fake" it. Start one of those old coach programs. Then start the workouts and end them by clicking the lap button until the end or just doing the ones you want to do. Skip the rest. You can also start the workouts before they are scheduled.
    I took the badge by starting a program and by just doing the base and long run workouts in my normal running. When I had the badge I quit the plan.
