Map Update Compability check error

Hi,

I am not sure if this is the right subforum, anyway: I subscribed to NuLifetime and wanted to update the maps of my Nuvi770. When I try to download the maps I get an error with something saying "compability check" and bean.....anyone knows why I am getting this:

Checking compatibility...
bean com.garmin.mygarmin.jsonrpc.view.UnitUpdateStatusView element 0

it almost works this morning. i can get much further but when i go to download the actual file, it wont start the download and simply errors out.

Did you conTact support?

Cant test it as I am at work right now. Anyone else has tested it?

I tried it yesterday night and the download worked correctly.
However the map update installation on the nuvi 770 failed ... see my message under Map Install.
