Problem uploading

I have just come back from a trip abroad with my 310 XT full of files to download and I keep getting a message in the ANT dialog box saying there is a problem with the server. It seems to download the files - there is a progress bar which gets to 100% but the files don't appear in Garmin Connect. Any ideas???
  • Just had another go and hey presto it worked! No changes to procedure. If the problem is/was with the server, wouldnt it be nice for it to be posted prominently on the site. The announcements section was telling people all was ok.

In the meantime, I've cleaned out the two bum laps of your file. Give this file a shot and see if it works out better for you.

Kansaiben - Thank you for cleaning up the two bum laps in my Activity file. That's very helpful. I get so very frustrated with Garmin because I believe it is a good product; but, the Company is really dropping the ball on the web interface side. It's like the amature hour.

I understand. I see there is now a new announcement on the front page stating that they are working on the upload issues. But just in case you might have a suggestion...Just bought my FR 405 two weeks ago. Ant agent 2.2.7 is what I downloaded. I use Windows and had no problems uploading runs and bike rides until Wednesday of this week. After the updates to the system were made, I was no longer able to upload. I have tried "forced send" also if that is what you mean by manual upload. Thanks for any feedback.

    regards,
    David

David, try using the Manual Upload via this link: http://connect.garmin.com/transfer/upload

Select your device and then choose Upload New Activities. Or you can choose them from a list, either way.
