Non longer able to upload from forerunner 305

I have uploaded successfully to garmin connect as recently as Monday the 24th. I tried earlier today (noonish??) and at first got the message that the system was down. Now I just get a "Failed" message and when I click on the word "failed" it says "service unavailable". I know it was down for maintenance yesterday but is it still down?
  • Uploading was disabled for most of the day. I was able to upload but several users are reporting erratic behavior.
  • So what should I do? Keep trying? Why would it work for some and not others? Is there something I am doing wrong?
  • Probably best to walk away for now. Try again in a few hours or tomorrow.

  • OK. I slept and ran again and now I am having the same problem. only now there are 2 events to upload and I can't upload them together or separately.

    Of course this message is on the site so i understand.

    Garmin Connect is experiencing errors related to the recent upgrades and increased traffic. The team is working to resolve these issues. We apologize for the inconvenience.

    When I clicked on the What's new link yesterday I got a page not available error. lol

    Right there with ya...

    COLLEENMF, I am right there with you on this. I was a happy Garmin customer with my FR50 until Garmin decided it was time to update. Four days ago, all was good. Ever since then I have not been able to upload. Not sure what is going on, but it is frustrating.

    i have been having the same trouble. Two activities to upload and the server error thing keeps popping up. My last upload was a bike ride from Monday. Love my new watch---really hope this problem will not persist. I followed the instructions for trouble shooting that instructs us to seach the forum for an answer because that is the best and fastest way to get a solution. I posted my problem this morning before work and have not heard back from an engineer/tech as of 7:50 pm Thursday pm (Aug 27).:confused:
