Few issues with 8/25 update...

- Display/format problems with MS Internet Explorer 6
(activities page, for example, "add manual activity button" is screwed up and can't scroll left/right the table because bottom links are overlapping the table)

- Added a new cycling activity from 310XT and it populated the field "running cadence" with a value (95) in the activity table?! While the actual bike cadence was correct (97 rpm). The running cadence should be left empty.

Questions:
- Any way to share (create a link for general viewers) our calendar, and Reports??

- Swim activities reported by 310XT over-reports the distance (i.e. Swim 750 m, reports 3.2 km). Any way in the future to edit this parameter out in the activity table to restore the real distance?

Neither distance nor speed are required for a manual entry. Only fields denoted by stars (*) are required.

When I did 'Indoor Cardio' it did make me input them by putting stars next to them when I said 'Submit' and refusing to allow me to carry on until I put something in - I can't replicate it at the moment because it keeps giving me a site error every time I try to do a manual entry.

The required fields don't change based on the selected Activity Type. Only optional fields vary based on different Activity Types. Please attach a screen shot or PM if you need more help.

ftr, Garmin Connect does not currently support FireFox for OSX; only safari.
    2) Calendar: Checking the "Weekly Totals" in addition to "Activities" causes both Firefox (3.5.2, Mac OS 10.5.8) and Safari (latest) to display "Loading..." forever.

was this the only behavior you were experiencing? is there any pop up dialog after a certain point? are you still experiencing this behavior on your windows ff or osx safari?

    6) Delete activity (from "Activities" tab, under "More actions") does not work in Firefox. It just displays "Loading...". In Safari I get a confirmation dialog ("Are you sure?"), and deletion works fine.

On your pc version of ff, I would suggest clearing your cache since this is a new feature, and delete is an ajax request.

    Sorted

OK, I figured out the issue with the weight thing - if the only entries you have are for the SAME weight, then the graph doesn't display properly except on '7 days' - i.e. if you put in 180 for last week, 180 for yesterday, 180 for today then nothing shows. As soon as you add something different, it displays OK. No big deal I guess.

As far as the other thing with it requiring a distance - it doesn't seem to do that any more, so that must have been tidied up too. Now, if only I could edit my entries to change the distance and calories I'd be happy! :)

For what it's worth, I'm having no issues with Firefox. This is in Vista.

I too am disappointed that the only data we can manually input under the new "Health" feature is weight. I have a scale that measures many of these metrics, and would appreciate being able to input them manually.
