The Never Ending Story

To whom it may concern. Yet again, I am left unable to use Garmin Services in an effective manner. There's no provision for maintaining or downloading Health Stats and no I'm unable to use Garmin Connect. After logging into Garmin Connect I receive a blank screen and at regular intervals (give or take 60 seconds) it navigates to a blank screen where the address changes to Garmin SSO Portal, then back to the Garmin Connect address. 

As I have stated before, there are aspects/function I really et value from however overall the product is poorly maintained and use is inconsistent, support virtually non existent at times. How can Garmin expect me to speak well of this Product?

    It is not likely that you'll get a response from Gamin in this forum. It happens occasionally, but more often in the device-specific forums, especially for newer devices. If you only want a response from your fellow Garmin users, then that is probably what you'll get here.

    If the issue is related to a feature that should work, but currently doesn't, then submit a case using the Garmin Support site - https://support.garmin.com/. You'll see options to call, chat, or submit via web form, which can vary based on the time of day and your region. I've had great success reaching support using the chat option. The response is quick and you have a record of the conversation. Using the web form takes time, as it ends up being an email thread that could have a lot of back-and-forth until the issue is resolved. You can also send Garmin an email to [email protected]. I use this for issues that are not urgent and I don't mind waiting for a response.

    If the issue is related to a feature that doesn't currently exist, then you should submit this as a request using the Share Ideas site - https://www.garmin.com/en-US/forms/ideas/

    When it happens, try opening the page in browser's Incognito Mode, or with an alternative browser. Using an alternative Internet connection may also help.

  • Thank you so much for the guidance, I'll follow your suggestion. As has been suggested, I would lean towards the potential safari is the point of failure.The joy of web-based apps. I hesitated posting anything as I found no similar issue. If this was a site availability issue I would have expected a few posts at least. Thanks once again, cheers.
