I completed an ironman yesterday and the file has not uploaded to garmin - i could see it yesterday n my watch but nothing would upload. quite frustrating as it was a race. I think it was due to me hitting transition button by accident - therefore having a huge bike ride being in transition or something?
Is someone able to help please?

Can you let me know what your session distances and times were supposed to be? Might be able to adjust things.
This will upload to Garmin Connect, but it is missing T2 - [solved]
I suggest using the edit function in Garmin Connect to divide either cycling or running to create T2.
Click the gear icon, then edit, edit legs
Then Divide Leg
I did a quick edit and came up with something like this.
