This is what 5PM in California translates to UTC. Convert to your timezone from there.

FYI, CST does not mean California Time. :D It's Kansas time or US Central Standard Time. Where I am we're using Daylight Saving Time, so don't know if it was supposed to be Central Daylight Saving Time (CDT) or not.

Regardless of what US timezone that you convert it to the fact is that GC has missed yet another SLA.

As customers and considering all the previous missed sla's we deserve so sort of explanation aside from "thanks for your patience"

this site gives San Fransisco as UTC-7 hours, so if you quoted times in UTC ( GMT) we should all know the real time!
