Daily Heart rate timeline export

On Garmin Connect online, I can look at >Health Stats >Heart Rate and I see a full timeline of the heart rate data for the day. As I move the cursor across the timeline, I see data for each two-minute interval. I can look back a month or more and review the same for each day.

I want to export this data as a .csv or similar file so that it can be manipulated in a spreadsheet.

Is this possible??

Not directly, but you have some options:

Go to browser's DevTools (typically Ctrl+Shift+i or F12) » Network tab » type "dailyheart" into the search box, click on the file, open the Response tab, copy the JSON data and convert it to CSV for example at https://convertcsv.com/json-to-csv.htm
Use the function Export Wellness Data at the bottom of the Account Information page at https://connect.garmin.com/modern/settings/accountInformation, and convert it to CSV for example with the FIT CSV Tool
Ask Garmin to add the HR export. Use the form at Share Ideas | Garmin
