I can't download to garmin connect

I lost a workout TODAY .... The data still in the watch, but I couldn't get the data out. WHAT I'M SUPPOSED TO DO ??

You can initiate a force send of all activities on the watch by going to:

Settings -> ANT+ -> Computer -> Force Send -> Yes

You can also look in your local Devices directory on the computer to see if today's activity is there.

I too am having this problem. I now have 5 rides waiting to upload but the GC says there are no new activities. I have followed a few courses so surely these must have recorded as activities as well?
