display splits in google map window

Hi!

I think It would be nice to display splits in google map window on "activity details" and "player" page with start-stop markers just like MotionBased used to have.

Also, it would be nice if you make graphs interactive in a way that when user clicks on some particular point on the graph, marker baloon in google map window changes position to that point.

thank you!

I agree. Ability to turn off/on markers would also be nice.

    Feature Request:

I think that most users would agree that there should be little "blips" or marks on the graphed route as to where you hit the LAP button - or for that matter, have the AutoLap feature set for! ... wouldn't this help to understand/analyze your workout much better?

    View splits in a map

It would be great if you could preview a split on a map when you are in the Splits page. This is especially useful when you have a session with many splits. The split you want to view can be highlighted with a different color than the others.

My suggestion is a feature where you can mark several splits and click a button to view them at once. Is this possible?
  • marking splits on the map (if it could be made bigger!) would be a good addition.

Ascent (for mac) also colours the track according to data (ie heart rate zone, pace zone, etc) this is great for seeing where on the route you were in different zones.

When you analyse data the section being analysed could also be highlighted.

If you export the Activity to Google Earth you will have it with all the Splits already indicated.

That's good to know. I just don't like having to juggle 2-3 websites to see the information that this purportedly "integrated" garmin product should show on one easy to use web page.

    Splits/Laps

Even given a simple unit like the FR60, there is no reason that the lap/split markers can not appear in the Detail/Timing window on Connect.
This would be very helpful and should be quite simple since it is just a point in time.
