Upload activities from GPSMap60CSX

I have several Garmin devices but am having trouble uploading the tracks from my Garmin 60 CSx. I am running Windows Vista. Garmin Connect recognizes my unit but when I click the UPLOAD button, I get the message -

"Reading activities from GPSMap60CSX (Unit ID 33..., please wait..."

and it doesn't go any further, no matter how long I wait. Any suggestions? Thanks.

Garmin Connect will support the Garmin outdoor and automotive/motorcycle product lines in the fall of 2009. In the meantime, we recommend that you continue uploading activities from these devices to MotionBased.
