60 Csx wont upload to Garmin Connect

New to Garmin Connect but had a motionbased account, it seems to hang when I try to upload new data. Have downloaded the various bits of software and it recognises the 60 csx but doesnt upload. Any help appreciated.

PS I am running Vista Home Premium, Mozilloa Firefox browser and Norton security.
