Functions/buttons not working on Activity Details page

Previously on the Activity Details page I was able to access the Timing, Elevation, Heart Rate and Cadence buttons along the bottom.

Tonight, however, after uploading an activity, these functions are not working. I looked at some of my previous activities where they were working in the past and they are not available for them either.

Anyone else have this problem?

Oh, also, there used to be additional icons next to the edit button (pencil icon), and those are gone as well.

    I tried again a couple hours later and it's working again. :)
  • Same thing is happening for me and it's still not fixed. I have tried Firefox, Safari and Google Chrome...

    just uploaded (manually) a long run this morning and I have the same problem - the buttons along the button have no info, and the 'share' button is also greyed out so I can't easily grab the link to share my data.

    to be honest - in the past month my exuberance for all things garmin is very slowly being eradicated. it's simply not acceptable to be so far behind the game with the website. I have to manually upload my data because the latest ant 2.2.7 doesn't work and forever shows an error message about failed uploads. i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling a number of times and frankly it's pathetic - it's less hassle just to manually upload, even though the functionality should be seamless.

    anyway - back to the original point - could someone from garmin possibly tell us why the buttons at the bottom of the pages aren't working and when the share functionality might be fixed?
  • Try clearing your browser cache to see if it works for you.
  • I'm having the same issue since I installed the latest ANT+ agent a few days ago. Why would the cache have anything to do with that?

    I started having the same problem yesterday and then looked at one of my previous days that I hadn't had problems with and have the same problem. Additionally I can't export my entry. I cycled today and uploaded it with same problems.

    I agree, Garmin needs to clean these problems up or go with a new vendor.
  • You need to clear your browser cache and try again. It seems to be working again for myself and others who have. Not sure what happened.

    would like to "Share"...

    I have the same issue that others were having with many of the buttons not working. I cleared the cache on Safari and that fixed everything except for the "share" button. Did anyone manage to have that stop being grayed out and begin working again? I post my runs to another site and this is pretty annoying to have it not work.
  • The share button becomes active once you make the activity public by clicking on the padlock button.

    Thanks. I had already tried that and it didn't work. I sent a message to Garmin and they said: "The site may have been undergoing some maintenance that prevented you from changing settings at that time."

    They also advised that it was working for them. I tried it and it is now working.

    Thanks everyone for your suggestions and comments. At least I am not the only one that apparently was having the problem.
