Garmin Coach workouts do not sync with Garmin Connect!

Hi folks,

Garmin Coach does not sync with Garmin Connect. The recommended activity on my watch does not correspond to those shown in the app. It just happened with the recent firmware update. The workaround is to turn my watch off and on again, which I found pretty annoying to do 3 times a day. Watch: Garmin Epix Pro Gen 2, phone: android 14

Anyone else has the same problem? Do I have to wait six more months for Garmin to issue a new fix?

  • Yes I'm having the same problem. My Garmin Coach suggested WO for the day is different to the one suggested by the watch.

    I just turned off/on the watch per your suggestion and it works. The calendar on the Garmin Coach got updated with the watch data. It seems a problem of synchronisation that for some reason gets aborted, failing to tell Garmin Coach the most updated data gathered by the watch.

    It seems that turning the watch off resets something inside the watch that forces the update after turning it on. 

    However this is no solution.
