Why doesn't Garmin respond to my enquiries

As Garmin suggests, I have put my questions about Forerunner 305 migration onto Garmin Connect onto the "forum" but without any success. Garmin seem to be very elusive and I am getting fed up with lack of customer support. What I am supposed to do with my activities if I cannot upload them on to GC? I am going to run out of memory space on the device soon. It is a waste of time using my Forerunner as Garmin have only migrated a handful of my historical activities. Any other company, when faced with complaints, would normally reply to these complaints. Garmin seem to be sticking their heads in the sands on this one!

    Hi Dawn,

As with the MotionBased forums these forums are user driven. Yes, Garmin employees do monitor the forums and respond as necessary. However, if you are not getting an answer to your needs on the forum it will be best for you to contact Garmin support directly. There are links to Garmin support in the Help section on the Garmin Connect site. Make sure you provide information on your OS, browser, security info, and username.

If you are having difficulty uploading you may need to delete all of the old history on your device; if it's been uploaded to either MB or GC delete it from the device.

You have 44 activities at MotionBased and 30 at Garmin Connect. Many of those at GC are the same as those uploaded to MB; you will have duplicates once the migration is complete.
