Garmin 310xt Downloading Fitness Data Stuck at 0%

I had been downloading my data just fine, but now when the transferring data is initiated the Ant Agent is stuck at zero percent. Anyone know how to fix this issue? It is the same for two different computers.

What version of Ant Agent are you using? What version of software on the 310?

2.2.7 version for the Ant agent, as for the 310xt I do not know for sure where would I find this?

On your 310, press the mode button to get the menu, then:

settings > about forerunner
