Compared to Motion Based, I miss important features in the HR report like "Time", "Distance" and "Speed" in the different Zones. Are You planning to add this in coming versions?
FYI - It involves the hassel of double uploading, but garmin Training Center does give you "time in HR Zones". As I don't have power, I can't say if it will track that for you.
The other benefit of uploadind to gTC is that it let's you store your data locally and it can be exported in .tcx and .gpx format. I haven't looked at how much useful data is in those formats, but off the bat, I'd think there'd be more info in them than the .csv's you get from an export from GC.
