Insights Error msg

Hi, the Insights in the connect web app dont show, there is an error message: „Leider ist ein Fehler aufgetreten. Versuche es erneut.” (=Sorry an error has occured, try again”).

It's the same error on my iMac and on my wife's Mac Mini. We both have a Forerunner 245 watch

They do show on the moble connect app, but not on desktop browser.

I am new to Garmin since a week ago, insigts never worked. My wife (on Garmin since long) could see her Insights until about a week ago.

Thanks for advice.
