GTC not working on Vista, Ant Agent crashes

GTC won't open at all "encountered invalid record type".

I've removed it completely twice, following the instructions sent to me by Garmin and reinstalled but it still doesn't work.

I have Vista SP1.

Ant Agent crashes. I have to restart it then remove, and replace the USB receiver.

Any ideas?
