When I click on the link that reminds me to upgrade to 2.5 for my FR 405 - I come to a dead-end "page cannot be loaded" - which prevents me from making the upgrade. Any advice please. Thx.
Running OS X and had the same frustrating problem for several weeks. Removed the entire GTC and GAA software and reinstalled. Reset watch and tried again tonight. First update install failed twice and the second three times. I just let it continue recycling through the updates and about 45 minutes later success.
Recommend patience and an email to the folks at Garmin letting them know their update process is hit and miss on a pretty expensive piece of equipment that should -for the price - work the first time every time.
