Not sure if Map Update is Functional

I have garmin 255 and I managed to update it to the latest 5.30 software however I'm not that sure if I got the latest maps.
When I go to setting I see City Navigator NA NT 2009 [1] ALL
When I check the Garmin's website it states that I'm ineligible for map upgrade. Im not sure if this means that I'm at the latest map version or something else. I was under impression that I'm eligible for upgrade for 60 days after purchase of the unit.

I updated my Garmin 600 yesterday and while it took forever to do so it made a big difference in so many locations that I travel to, including my home. For the first time the route to my home is correct. Many other new roads to other places I travel have also been updated and that is great.
