New 405CX not transfering data

I have a brand new 405cx and I have installed the 2.2.5 ANT agent on a Windows XP system. I was able to get the device paired with the PC and there seems to be communication but I am not able to upload any activities. In the ANT dialog I am seeing this error:

Data Transfer Status

Last transfer with device <my device name> on 7/31/2009
1:28:48 PM failed.

Every few minutes or so the message updates with a new time.

I tried on the 405cx going to Menu > Settings > ANT+ > Computer > Force Send and set it to "Yes" but that didn't help.

I saw some references in the forums to downgrade the ANT Agent to a earlier version but I don't see where I can download the file.

Does anybody have and ideas or suggestions?

Fixed!

Thanks! That did the trick. I can now upload to Garmin Connect and to the Garmin Training Center. Just in case other people need to know what to do:

1, Uninstall the ANT Agent with Traning Center 2.2.5 software (Control Panel > Add or Remove Programs). Be sure to reboot. This is Windows.

2. Install the ANT Agent 2.2.1 from here:

3. Install the Training Center 3.4.5 software from here:

http://www8.garmin.com/support/download_details.jsp?id=835

That should do it for you.
