GC activities do not have all of the MB fields?

The activities in GC do not have all of the fields from MB and/or do not have some of them populated. For example, I cannot find the MB field "Number of GPS Trackpoints" in GC. The "Location" field is blank in GC for all all of my activities including new ones.

Will these data migrate at some time, or is it just gone forever?

The location field will be added in a future GC update. When it is added all of your activities will have a location.

The following is a quote from the MB forum:

The feature was in the last release but pulled last minute due to the way it assigned locations for certain countries. But the UI components for the feature were not removed. It's back in the next major release scheduled for late August to early September and a bulk process will be run to assign locations to the existing activities.

I don't know if number of GPS points will end up on the GC site, however, that data isn't lost. It could easily be recalculated based on the number of points stored in the system.

I did like to see that as well.
