Moving Time vs. Stopped Time

This was tracked on MotionBased but doesn't seem to be present on Garmin Connect. Am I missing something? Is this feature to be included in the future?

Not so easy to find, so I understand. This information was gleaned from the old forum. Even so, nothing in stone concerning GC implementing the same functionality.
