The mess that is garmin connect

I agree with IT guys on this site. Someone needs to be held accountable for this mess. Someone needs to say that they messed up but they are working to make it right. It reduces anger if you just admit your error and give everyone the real deal and a date that it will be fixed. It is like having an Iphone 3GS for 2 years and then being handed a phone from the early 90's and being told that one day it will be really good so deal untill then.

    You have made your point clear in many ways and in so many days about Garmin Connect. If there is nothing new to the rant, do understand your voice has been heard. Yet continuing to be redundant in repeating it over and over helps no one and solves nothing.

    Yes, I know it solves nothing and I know you checked my user name. I tried to rally the outrage. You win, I won't post my displeasure any more. I will wait in line for my garmin connect update like a good sheep...

  • But now we know the rants have been heard by someone... by Garmin?

    Many of us, who were previously paying customers are not pleased and certainly not satisfied with the apparent downgrade to connect.

    The silence from Garmin with respect to "new features" and some sort of time scale is almost deafening!

    Obviously its not been heard, otherwise they would not have removed motion based.

    I can cope with waiting for the features, its how slooooooooooow the site is that frustrates me.

    Please sort the speed out, before I fall asleep and fall off my chair waiting for my activities to show...
