Equipment tracker

I continue to track gear by entering shoe information in the description field of my GC activities. When gear tracking becomes a part of GC (see quote below), at least I'll be ready.

Status Update

I would like this feature implemented as well.

Based on Devons reply, this feature seems to have been in development since at least late august 2009. How long is the development/release cycle for new features?

Yes that would be great! I'm using Nike+ Running to track my runs (and also GC) and in Nike+ I have this ability

It has been well over a year since we had to transition to GC from MontionBased. Still, promises of equipment/shoe trackers have not been kept. The same goes for the weather feature as well as the "merge" feature to combine multiple workouts that were seperated for one reason or another. I must say GC support needs to be better. It has been falling way short in meeting its goals/promises to its customers.
