Can't upload to GC

Windows or Mac? At what point in the upload process are you getting stopped? Any error messages? What version of Garmin Communicator are you using?

I'm using a PC with windows Vista. Brand new computer. I'm not getting an error message and the upload is just stalling after it tells me that the data was successfully uploaded. Will sit that way for hours. I've downloaded the most recent version of the software. Any suggestions?

I have had the same problem and haven't been able to upload since Saturday. The Ant Agent collects activities from the device and they appear in TC. Ant Agent reports an erorr uploading to GC. I have tried using load from a list and load from a file options in GC and both fail.

I am using my Mac to upload but I have also tried uploading from a file on both my Mac and a Windows XP laptop. Both give me exactly the same error.

Unable to upload file. Possible reasons for this error:
- You are not signed in. Refresh this page and try again.
- Our servers are having technical difficulties.

Notice that the problem can be the ANT Agent

Hello there

Please notice that several users have reported that the problem started when installing the version 2.2.5 Ant Agent..If that seems to be the case try uninstalling the agent at download and older version.

SOME problem new 405 first ever run wont upload. uploaded a trial walk last saturday...I WANT THIS TO WORKI

I left my 305 on the cradle all night while GC was downloading and my activities were not downloaded. Could someone who knows something about this website please figure out what's wrong with it.

I have similar, but maybe worse, problems uploading.

I have latest Garmin Communicator - verified on garmin.com site

I have Forerunner 205 and Vista for Business

I do not have Ant Agent because it seems to be only used for wireless connections with other models.

I have uploaded some files from the Garmin Training Center by exporting them to a file and then manually uploading them - works for some, but I get this error: even though some upload.
Unable to upload file. Possible reasons for this error:

Then I uploaded directly from my 205 and did not get map info or all the events.

But the map info is in the Training Center data.

I've tried isolating one event in Training Center, exporting it, and uploading it. Still get the error message. I've tried exporting and uploading all -- also got too big a file message.

I've got one day to get it into MotionBased

I want all my events and the map data.

I've put all the websites as safe. I've tried in Firefox and IE7

Any solutions?

This is because you've reached the trackpoint limit (13,000) on your device, so the map data is being overwritten, leaving only summary data.

Your activities will be migrated even after uploads are disabled. Can you post a link to the MB activities that are problematic?
