Hi, in going in to compare times with runs/cycles from 2008 I cannot run the player with Time as a base. Why has that data been lost? Thnaks - David

    DJBSTEELE,

It is not clear what may have happened, but yes, you can delete the affected activities and upload them again since you have the Training Center files. I was able to delete and upload the First Monster stage 6:

The second activity you noted is behaving properly:

    Hi KK,

yes second event is the 2009 event and so works normally. You have "fixed" the first event which is the 2008 version of the same bike stage. Thank you very much. Now, without me having to delete and upload all events over 12 months old how/when will Garmin resolve the issue and fix my own and everyone else whom is so afflicted? Or if it is a simple task, which you can articulate, then I'll give it a go as I am really an accommodating bloke whom is just having to use barrage tactics to get someone to listen. I really do not enjoy doing that ....

    Cheers,

    Hi JB,

I have the engineers looking into the problem. We'll get it sorted out as soon as possible.

    Hi KK,

any news on the problem being resolved. My aging events are changing daily as the clock rolls forward. Can we get an expected resolution date?

    Thanks,

    JB

Well folks, I guess Garmin either didn't bother or have given up! Are we surprised? Such a great concept that is flawed in its execution. I did hope that KK would get this resolved but alas .... it seems not. Where to now?

Is anyone else out there having the same issue?

I am so close to buying a 405CX but based on this level of service the cash is staying in the wallet. Garmin have lost this and several other sales due to this issue.

Resolve it and I am back on-board.
