Search not working properly on Explore>Activities

One of the exciting aspects of a service like Garmin Connect is that of creating a community, or at least comparing onself to other users. Unfortunately, it is not as easy as it used to be on MotionBased.

One example is the search function on the Explore>Activities tab. The following steps will illustrate this problem.
1. Hover over Explore
2. Click Activities
3. Enter Orienteering under Keyword
4. Change Starting Near to MN, USA
5. Click search button
6. No results

Oddly, this does work as follows:
1. Hover over Explore
2. Click Activities
3. Enter Orienteering under Keyword
4. Zoom and scroll map to area displaying Minnesota
4. Change Starting Near to Current Map View
5. Click search button
6. 8 hits, there should be quite a few more, I must have at least 15 entries under my own name. I wonder if they have not fully migrated from Motionbased yet.

If Starting near is USA, there are only a few hits around the Kansas City, MO area.

This feature definitely needs some work.
