After carefully following instructions, I cannot get my Fitbit data to upload the .csv files. Consistently get "error occurred with upload" any ideas?

I've made sure the date setting is the same. they're 145KB at most. what else could be wrong?

What does the CSV file contain? List of activities, or an individual activity? Only individual activities, such as running, cycling, hiking, etc can be imported. And then CSV files with daily metrics, or body data, such as for example the weight.

I ended up transferring with RunGap and I at least have activity in there
