Not getting Track Info

Some of my transferred activities do not have the track info transferred. Even when I do a manual upload the track info does not appear.

The track is in MB. What gives?? (Using Edge 305)
  • Can you post a link of one of the activities in question? Also, how are you transferring these activities to GC/ Are they part of the migration or coming from your device history?

    I have the same problem on one of my activities:

    If you look on the Details tab it doesn't show any track information. However, if you switch to Player then you see the track information.

    I submitted a request to Support using the email form (a couple of weeks ago) but I never received any response.

    Apologies that no one got back to you. We do know about your issue and have submitted a request for investigation/fix. I do not know how long it will be before the problem is resolved.

    I still haven't received any response from Garmin Support on my report on this problem. I have now reported the same problem on a new activity: http://connect.garmin.com/activity/11964607

    Any updates on when this will be fixed?

    Is there some reason why I don't get any response from Garmin Support when sending in support requests (via the email form)?
