error uploading .fit file from TrainingPeaks / Wahoo

Hi

Trying to upload a fit file from my latest workout to Garmin Connect web.

It was originally created in the Wahoo app and synced to TrainingPeaks.

Can anyone have a look to see if they can repair this file?

    There is no import function for workouts in Garmin Connect. You can only import Activities and Courses. You will have to upload the workout directly to the watch, to the folder //GARMIN/Workouts/

    However, normally it should not be necessary, because AFAIK Training Peaks can be interconnected with Garmin Connect, and should be able to sync the workouts to GC directly, without the need for doing it manually. If it does not work for some reason, try disconnecting and reconnecting the TP-GC connection, then edit the workout at TP, and sync again. If it does not help, then I recommend reaching out to the Support at TP.
