numap aus/nz 2010 download

hi,my inquiry is about the jumbled text to speech on my nuvi 310 after i bought and downloaded the numap 2010,now when i go to navigate the street name info is just a blur,can not understand any street name,yet if i put my sd card with the old 2009 maps it work's perfect with clear street names with every turn?:confused:
I'm not familiar with the Nuvi 310. The only thing I would suggest is to be sure that the maps are compatible with your 310 as well as make sure your firmware is up to date.
If those don't help, I would contact Garmin Support directly.
the maps were bought and downloaded direct from garmin and all software is the latest as it was all done from mygarmin page with webupdater the day i installed and upgraded the 2010 map's
