Team and Individual challenges?

I am curious how many runners out there would be interested in Garmin Connect adding the ability to make challenges on an individual and/or team basis.
I feel it would greatly enhance the community feel for all Garmin users.
Absolutely. I've already talked many friends into purchasing a Garmin. More would, but they like the Nike+ challenges. I can't believe Garmin hasn't done this yet.
I have already found two sites that support the garmin products that have challenges, map downloads etc. I do not know how much of the technical data they can accept and display but worth checking out.
Garmin needs to get on the ball with this.
