I'm having trouble downloading a google map (converted to gpx via https://mapstogpx.com/) to my garmin 1030.

'm having trouble downloading a google map (converted to gpx via https://mapstogpx.com to my garmin 1030. I don't see how to do it on the IOS App. On the web-based Garmin connect, I go to 'import data' and drop the file into the placer where it says 'Drop files here...' and I always get this error 'An error occurred with your upload. Please try again." I imported the gpx file into another app and it recognized it so I think the file is not corrupted. Any help is appreciated. Thanks, Jim

I just tested this, and it worked for me. Make sure you're importing as a course (not an activity) -https://connect.garmin.com/modern/courses

Thank you!! I was doing the import from the wrong window I guess - using the link you provided worked. I do have one more question. My phone is synced to my Garmin 1030. I see the course on my phone ... -> Training & Planning -> Courses

But I don't see it on my 1030
Road -> Navigation -> Courses -> Saved Courses

Am I missing a step to get it to my 1030?

Did you tap on the "send to device" icon then select your Edge 1030?
