Gamin Coach Activities

Hi,

wondering why certain activities register with Garmin Coach. See below, activities from the log. Then what Garmin coach sees only 1 out of 5 in coach - is the right ??

The rest day is what is planned. Not what you did.

Tue, Wed, Thu originally had planned base and tempo workouts. They have gone into a black hole now.

Did you start the workouts on the device? It looks like you only started the Long Ride workout since that is the only activity with the workout name in the title.

I started the on the device, but a couple I did not hit start on the workout - just went free flow !

You have to statr the workouts for them to count for the plan.
