how to export lifetime data?

Hey all,

does anyone know of a way to view lifetime data and export it?

I'm trying to look at my cycling stats since I started using Garmin Connect almost 10 years ago. Also, I want to view or export some health stats since I started keeping track?

Thanks for any help you can provide.

Some lifetime totals are in the Profile (after you tap on your avatar at the top), at the bottom of the Stats tab. More detailed stats are available in the Report section of Garmin Connect Web. Especially the Progress Reports are useful for lifetime stats.
