I have had a Garmin watch for many years and would like to see the data from the first activity recorded. Web app will only go back a year. How to I pull i data recorded since the first activity?

Go to Activities - All activities. Unfortunately you can't select a date range while you are in All Activities. If you select an activity type e.g. cycling you are able to select a date change.

Under reports you can find a progress tracking which gives you totals of your activities per year, but no individual activities.

Well, you can, but you have to type it into the address bar in this way, so not very user friendly:

Besides the Reports, activities can be viewed and accessed also from the Calendar.
