FR165 - How to account for using a weighted vest for walking (or, for running or for strength training)?

I want to use a weighted vest (adjustable weights, 5 lb - 40 lb) for my exercises and want to account for the added weight during my training. Does Garmin have a method to account for the additional weight using an FR165?

No. But your HR will be increased due to more effort and you can write into workout Note the weight you used.
