Is anyone able to fix a corrupted fit file please?

I've got a fit file that I can't upload via web and won't sync via the app, though the activity is showing on my watch. I'd try to fix myself but it looks like Fit File Repair Tool is Windows only and I'm on a Mac.

I've uploaded the file here.

Fixed using Fit File Repair Tool

Possibly your HRM-Pro has caused this issue.

Use the HRM download feature only after an activity where it was not possible to wear the watch
Update the HRM firmware How Do I Update the HRM-Pro Software Using the Garmin Connect App?
During the HRM-Pro download process keep the strap and watch in close proximity
If issues persist even after the firmware update, contact Garmin Support
