creation of activities (training) for Taxc flow.

Hello,

I sincerely believe that you made a bad decision to have changed the way of building an activity (a workout) in the app
TAXC TRAINING.

In the past, i was doing personal training with your application which allowed me to see on a graph (of time or distance) the number of Watts I had to provide on my TAXC FLOW. It was easy to do new training and make modifications to existing ones.

I could create power or endurance training. Either to increase my FTP or my VO2 max. And I could quickly change only one section of the workout and visually observe on the graphs if my changes would be ideal.

The visual made it possible to gauge the parts of the training that were difficult or too easy and to correct them.

Today, I started training again but I couldn't find a way to modify my old workouts. You were forcing me to go to Garmin Connect and create new ones without the help of time or power graphs.

Let me tell you that building a workout is very difficult, long and doesn't give any visual of the workout.

For example, I start training with a 4 km warm-up, and then I do alternating 200 meters at 70 W and 500 meters at 120 W.
for each segment I increase by 10 W (120, 130, 140, 150, 160, 170, 180, 190, 200 W...). Leaving the 200 meters at 70 W for each segment.

I add a 200 W platter for several minutes at the end and shorter platters with less power for the last minutes of the workout.
Creating a workout like this takes a long time to do in Garmin Connect and is not visual (no graph to see the progression of power and rest and cool-down periods.

You need to make a more user-friendly interface for creating personal workouts.

Thank you for taking into consideration my constructive criticism and I hope to hear from you soon.

P.S. The indoor bike season starts in Quebec (Canada) and North USA (New-York and upper), we will be pedaling indoors for the next 5 or 6 months depending on the length of the winter. The thousands of North American users will be very happy to make and modify their own workouts in an easy and fast way.
