Frustrated with Garmin coach plans

I complete the runs and there is no way of marking them completed. What's the point of having them as an option and doin the runs if there's no easy way of marking them as completed?? 

Anyone has a suggestion on how to mark these runs as completed? Thank you! 

  • You can't manually mark them. When you do the workout on the watch and complete it, it will automatically be marked as completed.

    I see users posting that this happens even if they follow the workout. My suggestion is to always start the workouts from the Coach glance to really make sure you are doing the correct workout.

    Which watch do you have? Usually you have to scroll to the bottom of the glances, and use the + Add to add it if not already there. If it is not available on your model, then another method to make sure you really start the workout of the plan, is using the Training » Workouts option in the menu of the concerned activity (Run, Trail, Cycling, ....). When you open the activity, before starting it, and when you do not see the correct workout suggested, long-press the Menu button, and look up the workout. If it is not there, sync the watch with the app (after having checked there is really a workout scheduled). And as a 3rd alternative, on some watches you can start the workouts from the Calendar widget too.

    It seems that it is now showing in the Run activity. I’m not sure why it wasn’t showing up before.
