Activities deleted

Good morning,

I realize that certain activities have been automatically deleted from my Garmin account. I have periods of several days to several months in which no activity is saved whereas some time ago they appeared. Do you know why?

You may have deleted them accidentally, or you may have your Garmin device associated with two different accounts. Anyway, as long as you did not delete the activities from the watch too, they should be still there, so you can re-upload them manually.

Thank you for your response. These are old activities from 2019/2020 with my old watch. There are about 40 deleted activities in total, I don't think I deleted them even accidentally. This is why I don't understand why they no longer appear.

Then you probably used a different account in that time, which can easily happen, for example when you change the phone. If you still have the watch from that time, check out the folder //GARMIN/Activity on it (with File Explorer on a PC), with a bit of luck, the activities may be still there.
