Corrupt FIT File Help

Hi Guys,

I just did my first Ironman 140.6 yesterday and this was the first time ive ever had a corrupt file. Any help on repairing this file is greatly appreciated. [solved]

Sync your device then remove all activity fit files from your Garmin device…

Some suggestions to help minimize the occurrence of corrupt fit files:

Sync your device then remove all activity fit files from your Garmin device using these directions - Removing Recorded Activities on a Garmin Fitness Device
Check for firmware updates using Garmin Express
